1. This is a list of members eligible to vote at the 2024 NBA Elections.
2. To participate in this election, your name must be on the Final Voters Register as published by the ECNBA on 28th May 2024 for verification as having paid your Bar Practicing Fees between 1st January and 31st March 2024 . Payment outside this period disqualifies you from voting or being voted for.
3. To search if you are eligible to vote, search by typing in your SCN number (e.g, “SCNXXXXX”) in the search information box. Ensure you leave NO SPACES between SCN or numbers. You must start with the letters “SCNXXXXXX”, and type every number digit in, and SUBMIT.
4. Once your details come up in the search information window, this confirms you are eligible to vote.
5. Changes cannot be made any longer to the Voters list.
6. On election day, Members must check their phones for the SMS notification link, and your email address for voting link on the day of the election, to receive your voting credentials for the election. Your unique voting link will only be sent on 20th July 2024 to the email and phone numbers attached to your profile as verified on the Voter database.
7. Members with duplicated phone numbers, email addresses, or SCNs shall have their duplicated contact entries blacklisted and no voter credentials shall be sent to such duplicated entries, but only to phone numbers and/or emails unique to the member on the voters list.
8. Where no number/email was properly filled in at the time of your payment of BPF, or the verification of same was inconclusive, you may have no contact details on the voter list and may not receive Voter credentials.
9. To ensure you can receive the SMS of your voting credentials on your phone, please ensure "Do-Not-Disturb" (DND) is turned off for your phone number. Check the DND Quick Guide on go.ecnba.org to learn how to turn off DND
