Preliminary Notice of Election

  • Preliminary notice of election shall be communicated to all the branches constituting the geographical zones of the Association at least 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) clear days before the date of the election.
  • The preliminary notice for the election shall state the following: a) The offices to be filled by each zone by virtue of the zoning arrangement. b) The date, at least 90 (Ninety) clear days before the date of the election, by which nominations of candidates must be received.
